Note: This furlough optimizer doesn't work as well for people with working-day furloughs because of the greater flexibility they have with using their vacation days. For working-day furloughs, we're using fourteen (14) days as the base length of a half furlough and twenty-eight (28) days as the base length of a full furlough,
